Student Athlete Registration

Complete all 4 steps to be cleared for participation.

1. Online Registration

2. Sports Physical

  • A valid Sports Physical Form PDF must be on file with the Athletic Office.

  • Valid for 24 months and must cover the entire upcoming season.

  • Upload directly to FinalForms or turn it into the Athletic Office.

3. Concussion Baseline

  • Mandatory assessment prior to participation; valid for 24 months

  • Administered by our Certified Athletic Trainer.

  • Contact solson@portangelesschools.org to schedule.

4. Fees & Fines

  • Pay all fees online via the PASD Online Payment Portal or in person at the ASB Secretary's Office.

  • Required Fees:

    • ASB Card: $40 (Required annually)

    • Annual District Fee: $50 (One-time annual fee)

    • Seasonal Fee: $25 (Due per sports season)

    • Cap: Individual student fees are capped at $100 maximum per year

  • All prior outstanding school fines must be paid in full.

  • Contact the Athletic Office prior to the season to request a fee waiver.

Tickets, Streaming, & Photos

Single-Game Ticket Prices

  • Regular Season: Tickets are cash or card at the gate. There are no advanced single-entry online sales for regular-season games.

  • Postseason (Playoffs): State, District, and League tournament games require digital tickets for all attendees. Buy playoff tickets online via the GoFan Digital Ticket Hub.

Regular Season Gate Prices:

  • Adults & Students without ASB: $8

  • Visiting Students / Middle & Elementary Students: $6

  • Seniors (Ages 65+) & Military (with ID): $6

  • FREE Entry: PAHS Students with a valid ASB Card, and children aged 4 and under.

Multi-Game & Family Sports Passes

Available for purchase in person at the ASB Bookkeeper’s Office.

  • 10-Game Punch Pass: $45

  • Seasonal Family Pass: $70 per season (Valid for immediate family only.)
